Exchange rates can fluctuate and they may change between the time a transaction is made and the time it is deducted from your available balance. You agree that any change to the exchange rate may be applied immediately and without notice to you.
Please Note: Foreign exchange rates are specific to the date and time your bank authorizes the transaction (which generally occurs at the point of sale/interaction). If your transaction is converted by the merchant or ATM operator, Mastercard foreign exchange rates will not apply. This will usually occur when you select to pay in your card's currency as opposed to the currency of the merchant or ATM.
